Teen Vogue held a party last thursday at Vibiana in L.A. to celebrate it's 5th anniversary of its Young Hollywood issue. Amongst Hollywood's top teens present were Hillary Duff, Hayden Panettiere, Emmy Rossum, ALY and AJ.
